If you have a concern about a product
Stop using the product, retain it together with its packaging and lot markings where possible, and contact us using the form on this page. Keeping the packaging helps us identify the production lot.
What we do with a report
Every report is logged and reviewed. Where a report indicates a potential safety issue, it is escalated internally, the relevant production lot is examined and, where required, the appropriate authorities and trade partners are informed.
Withdrawals and recalls
Icebrook maintains internal procedures for product withdrawal and recall. Detailed internal procedures are not published. If a public action becomes necessary, information will be made available through this page and directly to affected partners.
Urgent medical concerns
If you believe there is an immediate risk to health, seek medical advice or contact your local emergency service first, then report the concern to us.
Report a product concern
Please give as much detail as you can, including the batch or lot number and best-before date printed on the pack. This helps us trace the production run quickly.
Product specifications, documentation and availability may vary by product and market. Regulatory requirements are assessed for individual destination markets.
