Packaging

Packaging decisions consider material choice, format, weight and case configuration. Material composition and end-of-life information are stated per product only where that information has been confirmed by the relevant supplier.

Responsible sourcing

Ingredient and packaging suppliers are expected to meet the standards in the Supplier Code of Conduct, covering legality, quality, labour standards and environmental management.

Transportation

Transport planning considers load efficiency, consolidation and routing. Emissions figures are not published unless they have been calculated using a documented methodology.

Waste reduction

Production planning, order accuracy and shelf-life management are used to reduce avoidable waste across the supply chain.

Recycling

Recycling information depends on material and on the collection systems available in each market. Market-specific guidance is provided to trade partners where it has been confirmed.

Supplier responsibility

Environmental expectations form part of supplier onboarding and ongoing review alongside quality and safety requirements.

Continuous improvement

Icebrook will publish specific environmental commitments and data as they are measured and substantiated, rather than in advance of evidence.

No claim of carbon neutrality, full recyclability or equivalent environmental performance is made on this site.

Product specifications, documentation and availability may vary by product and market. Regulatory requirements are assessed for individual destination markets.
