Supplier Code of Conduct
This Code sets out what Icebrook expects from every supplier, co-manufacturer, ingredient and packaging provider, logistics partner and service provider in its supply chain.

Legal compliance
Suppliers must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their operations and to the products and services they supply.
Product safety and quality
Suppliers must operate documented food-safety and quality management practices appropriate to the products supplied, and must notify Icebrook immediately of any issue that could affect product safety, quality or legality.
Traceability
Suppliers must maintain lot-level traceability one step back and one step forward, and provide traceability records on request.
Ethical conduct
Suppliers must conduct business honestly, keep accurate records and avoid misrepresentation.
Human rights and labour standards
- No forced labour, bonded labour or human trafficking
- No child labour; compliance with minimum-age requirements
- Freely chosen employment and lawful working hours
- Fair and lawful wages and benefits
- No discrimination, harassment or abuse
- Respect for freedom of association where lawful
Workplace health and safety
Suppliers must provide a safe workplace, appropriate training and effective incident reporting.
Environmental responsibility
Suppliers must hold the environmental permits required for their operations and manage waste, water and emissions responsibly.
Anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
Suppliers must prohibit bribery and improper payments and must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest involving Icebrook personnel.
Confidentiality and supply-chain integrity
Suppliers must protect confidential information, prevent product adulteration and substitution, and maintain security over materials, packaging and finished goods.
Sanctions and trade controls
Suppliers must comply with applicable sanctions, export controls and restricted-party requirements, and must inform Icebrook of any circumstance that could affect compliance.
