International

Domestic Canadian shipments

Domestic orders are dispatched from the agreed origin point on the schedule confirmed in the order confirmation. Carrier, service level and delivery window are confirmed per shipment.

International shipments

International shipments are arranged in accordance with the agreed Incoterms rule. Routing, consolidation and documentation requirements are confirmed for each destination market.

B2B freight and pallet shipments

Case and pallet configurations, pallet type, stacking limits and labelling requirements are confirmed per order. Customer-specific pallet or labelling requirements should be raised before order confirmation.

Distributor shipments

Distributor shipments follow the schedule and documentation set out in the distribution arrangement, including lot identification and any market-specific labelling agreed in advance.

Customs and import responsibilities

Unless the agreed Incoterms rule provides otherwise, the buyer or consignee is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, product registration and any destination-market compliance formalities.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery dates are estimates based on information available at the time of confirmation. Icebrook will notify the buyer promptly of a known delay and work to minimise its effect.

Inspection on delivery

Shipments should be inspected before signing. Damage, shortage or seal discrepancies must be noted on the delivery documentation and photographed before the carrier leaves.

Damaged freight

Freight damage claims require delivery documentation, photographs, lot identification and the quantity affected. Claims are handled with the carrier and the buyer in line with the agreed terms.

Force majeure

Transport disruption, weather events, port congestion and governmental action may affect delivery timing. Affected shipments are rescheduled as soon as reasonably practicable.

Product specifications, documentation and availability may vary by product and market. Regulatory requirements are assessed for individual destination markets.
