Canadian sanctions and export controls
Icebrook is subject to Canadian sanctions and export-control requirements and will not enter into a transaction that would contravene them.
Import restrictions and destination requirements
Destination markets may impose import restrictions, product registration, labelling and documentation requirements. These are assessed per market before commercial distribution.
Restricted-party screening
Counterparties, consignees and intermediaries may be screened against applicable restricted-party lists as part of onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
Diversion and end use
Partners must not divert product to a restricted destination or party, and must notify Icebrook if they become aware of a risk of diversion.
Right to decline
Icebrook reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate a transaction where required by applicable law or where a trade-control risk cannot be resolved.
Product specifications, documentation and availability may vary by product and market. Regulatory requirements are assessed for individual destination markets.
