Bribery and kickbacks
Offering, giving, requesting or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a business or official decision is prohibited, whether directly or through a third party.
Facilitation payments
Small payments to expedite routine administrative action are prohibited, other than where a payment is lawfully required and officially receipted.
Gifts and hospitality
Modest, transparent and infrequent business hospitality may be acceptable where it is lawful, proportionate, properly recorded and not intended to influence a decision. Cash and cash equivalents are never acceptable.
Conflicts of interest
Actual and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed transparently.
Third parties, distributors and agents
Distributors, agents, brokers and other representatives must not do anything on Icebrook's behalf that Icebrook could not do itself. Commercial arrangements are documented, and remuneration must be proportionate to services genuinely provided.
Government officials
Additional care applies to any interaction with government officials, including customs, regulatory and inspection personnel.
Record keeping
Books, records and accounts must accurately reflect transactions. Off-record accounts and misleading entries are prohibited.
Reporting concerns
